In 2018, Mimi was appointed Hill Holliday’s first ever Program Manager of Diversity Equity and Inclusion and Agency Communications.

She was tasked with introducing new programs aimed at building equity internally at the agency, in addition to communicating agency goals and practices externally through events, partnerships and exhibitions.

In 2019 Mimi was recognized by Business Insider for spearheading a new hybrid, two-office mentorship program supporting 100+ employees.
